Sopra Steria is hiring an Informatica Developer for its enterprise applications division in Noida. Positioned within the core business intelligence and data engineering practice, this role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high-throughput Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) data pipelines. Moving beyond simple data mapping, you will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end data processing workflows within traditional distributed BI environments. The day-to-day scope balances writing complex query transformations, fine-tuning database performance, configuring automated process schedulers, executing shell controls in host operating systems, and embedding modern DevOps release steps to ensure high-velocity, reliable data delivery.

Requirements:

• Graduate Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a matching technical/quantitative stream.
• 4 to 5 years of direct, hands-on enterprise software development depth utilizing Informatica PowerCenter to build, debug, and monitor secure data extraction pipelines.
• Proficient command over structural data architectures, including writing highly complex SQL routines, parsing analytical loops, and implementing database indexing strategy.
• Proven operational capability to run query execution plan analysis, identify relational data bottlenecks, and drastically optimize long-running database steps.
• Strong foundational knowledge operating inside Oracle Database environments, including managing constraints, stored procedures, and tablespaces.
• Basic operational comfort navigating terminal frameworks, writing basic shell scripts, and executing scheduled tasks inside Linux server environments.
• Direct practical experience setting up and supporting enterprise batch scheduling tools to automate multi-tiered ETL pipeline dependencies.
• Strong, clear engineering footprint operating inside traditional distributed Business Intelligence (BI) software data structures.
• Practical familiarity applying software DevOps practices, tracking automated code promotions, and enforcing pipeline deployment governance.
• Direct exposure or background running sprint delivery iterations inside mature Agile/Scrum software project management frameworks.
• Sharp cognitive problem-solving patterns to isolate data sync issues, high structural documentation discipline for source-to-target maps, and strong collaboration habits to engage with cross-functional architecture leads.
